Super hose made of tetrafluoroethylene fluoropolymer that is resistant to most chemicals.
- Chemical resistance: The inner layer uses a fluoropolymer (ETFE type), making it resistant to most chemicals. - Bend retention: It has a built-in rust-resistant SUS coil wire, making it difficult to crush and excellent in bend retention. - Vacuum compatibility: It can be used for both pump suction (negative pressure) and pressure delivery. - Flexibility: The laminated structure provides superior flexibility compared to commercially available fluorine tubes, improving workability. - Resistance to breakage: Compared to commercially available single-layer fluorine tubes, it is less likely to break and can somewhat recover even if it does. - Non-stick properties: The fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent water-repellent and non-stick properties, resulting in minimal fluid residue and excellent cleanability. - Abrasion resistance: The fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemicals. - Phthalate-free: A non-oil hose that contains no phthalates, which can be a source of leachables. - Non-PVC: Made from non-PVC materials. - Low leaching and low odor: With extremely low resin odor and leachables, it is suitable for food, beverage, and cosmetic applications.
